When it comes to summer, ice cream sticks are definitely abundant. Instead of simply discarding them, it can be a great idea to put them to use and create some small items by hand. Today, we'll talk about how to use them to make a beautiful fan:
Materials and Tools Needed: Cardboard, colored cardstock, ice cream sticks, scissors, watercolor pens, double-sided tape, transparent tape, watercolor pens, pencil, scissors, glue stick, craft knife.
Instructions: To make this fun fan, start by cutting out a head shape on cardboard and cutting a matching shape from cardstock in a color similar to skin tone. Decorate the head with black cardstock for hair, use watercolor pens for facial features, and create a seam at the chin using a craft knife. Secure the ice cream sticks on the inside of the head, just below the chin, using glue. Decorate the ice cream sticks with colored cardstock to make ties.
